Most times the guys do a good job but recently I had a can that had the lid up about 6”. I received a nastygram from WM threatening fines etc for not having a closed lid

Service is excellent, but they keep raising the rates with excuses like inflation and gas prices. However, when gas prices go down, rates do not decrease. Rates have a most doubled in 5 years
I wasn't exactly happy about the imposed changes with our trash service beginning almost 1 year ago. I always thought we had the best service and still do. The automated service is fine though as it is, reliable if nothing else. I do not like the bulk pickup process but it is what it is.
