“Had an emergency leak. Joel shows up right away, checked the roof which he said needed replacement. Came out on the next day and removed the old roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed new shingles. Color he recommended came out perfect and really accented the front of the building and the siding. Cleaned up and left the place in perfect condition. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommended. “After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. Their price was better than the other 5 companies that bid on our project and unlike the others, they didn't charge extra for a transferable warranty. According to owner Bernie Staub, the warranty is automatically transferable and charging extra for it is just not right. “Geno was great! We had four roofers and a HVAC person out to diagnose a leak coming into a bedroom from a vent. Some sent up drones, others looked in the attic. They could not figure it out. I called Geno and he was in the area so he stopped by within 20 minutes. He climbed on the roof and diagnosed the problem immediately which was separated caulking on the dormer above the leak.
