Where do I start!?!?! I had an old, weathered, 33 year old original to the house 12x17 concrete patio. The patio had sunk so much that it would flood everytime it rained. We finally decided to get this replaced. Through my exhausting hardscaper search I came across Angel from Paz Landscaping. His work looked good so I reached out and guess what? He actually called me back! If you've ever searched for a contractor you know how that goes. He came out for the estimate when he said he would. He sent me the estimate when he said he would. He showed up to work when he said he would. Communication is top notch with Paz Landscaping. We had Paz Landscaping remove our old patio and replace it with a 32x20 Paver Patio, seating wall with lights, and a curved firepit area. The work was TOP NOTCH! I'll let the pictures do the talking. Angel & his team are amazing. We actually changed what we wanted right before they were about to dig (decided to go bigger) and Angel accommodated exactly what we wanted. We have received nothing but compliments for the work they did. I have to be honest, I would sneak a peek through the window during the day to check on progress of the project. All their work was nothing but precision. Seriously! Our yard is on a slope so it took a little more than laying pavers. Drainage was an issue we wanted to be sure was right. No problem for them. Flawless execution by Paz Landscaping. They sloped & pitched the patio correctly, installed a channel drain, and linked it to my existing stormwater drain. Looks and works fabulous! I truly appreciate the pride they take in their work. I also appreciate how Angel knows his products and can provide clarity on every level of the project. If you want to talk technical terms (like my wife) he can do that. He'll also be glad to break it down in simple, easy to understand language as well. Please contact them for your next project. They do all scopes of landscaping & hardscaping. I also had them do some fence repair & shrub trimming for me. Only thing I regret about this project is not adding more stuff for them to put in 😂
