“We have an original 55 year old Fairless Hills heater. Went to turn on other day and it didn’t go on. Figured we knew it was about time for new one. But you did something and got it running. I think another company would have seen the age of that heater and say we need new one. We called late this morning and they called back and were out the house shortly after. A special word to Scott - he is a highly skilled technician who happens to love our Golden Retriever - and our Golden loves him beyond belief! “We'd been Meenan customers since shortly after moving into our home in October 1986 and had basically always been happy with the company and its service providers. But when our furnace was deemed irreparable this spring, we decided not to replace it and instead to go with a company that specializes in heat pump systems. We THINK Meenan is aware of this change, but we've received more than one reminder to schedule our annual tune-up appointment. We definitely don't want another delivery of oil, especially because we currently have at least half a tankful, which will have to be pumped out (and for which we'll receive no credit!) so that the tank can be cut into pieces and removed from our basement, which has no direct access to the outside.“
