Kanga Roof has wonderful customer service. We had them do a new roof and some siding for us. We did have some minor issues after they completed the job. They stood behind their work, came immediately and corrected the issues. Their team including Fabian, Tony, Ted, and Amy have been amazing. Very easy to deal with, and they are great at communicating.
Greg was professional, personable, and answered all our questions. He took the time to inspect areas of concern and even helped us out with a couple fixes on the spot. We appreciate his time and outlook on our project.
We had a total roof replaced. The entire process from reaching out for a quote to the roof being replaced was wonderful. Abe Jr. worked with us and explained everything thoroughly. Once we were ready, Ted contacted us and kept us informed about the schedule. Fabian and Dave and the Kanga crew arrived on time and got started right away. Fabian explained everything to us and was very professional. They were careful to protect the property and worked hard all day. The job started at 6 am and was complete and cleaned up by 4 pm.
