I scheduled an appointment, I was told I would receive a call before 9 a.m. on the day of my appointment to give me a more specific time of their arrival. The day of my appointment I received a call at 9:20. Informing me that the repairman was not going to be able to come and do my repairs. I rescheduled for the following Saturday. I informed the repairman that I would be available from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. . That I had a birthday dinner to attend for my father-in-law. I waited until 3:30 , and had to leave. They were the first company to provide a technician named Philip when our freezer and fridge broke down. Long story short, Philip the technician came, was very ignorant, belligerent, and condescending to myself (a woman) and the homeowner (also a woman). We called the office to report his behavior and they called him. Philip had a temper tantrum, refused to do the work and left our house.If you're looking for timely yet incompetent service, this is the place for you.

This place is a scam! It's most likely not even a real repair business, just a scam to get your credit card information. They call you from a very poor reception cell phone line, claim to be "local" yet seem clueless about the neighborhood street names, then ask you for your credit card number over the phone in order to book your appointment to receive a consultation and estimate. Big red flags. Furthermore, they won't disclose their last names or address. They claim to have a website for a business of a different name, The Appliance Repairman, which is down.
