I turned to Rusmur for help after another North Hills flooring business stopped returning my calls regarding my request to replace damaged tiles in an order that I received. Happy to report we decided to work with Russmore floors on three projects recently. Dave was very optimistic as we looked for solutions for a very sketchy 1918 basement floor. Many times a sales person sells you the product and leaves the install team to “figure it out”. Not here - Dave showed up everyday to make everyone was on the same page. Each project required extra effort and persistance as well as a skilled and professional install team. They took their time to prep the floor and did a wonderful job with installation of plank floor, carpet and glue down floor.
