Horrible service. I got a GIFT through Groupon for a service there and they will not honor it. There answer is for me to now fight with Groupon to get the money redeemed. This was a GIFT, I did not purchase this groupon. One Onyx employee told me I could use the face value of the groupon for a different service and then another employee the next told me I can't use the groupon. THE SPA does not allow it. The Spa can allow anything or make an exception because it was a GIFT. I'll never go back. There are other spas close by that will get my business.

I started coming to this salon about a year ago. I’d never had a manicure done professionally before and I wanted my nails done for a wedding. I called and made an appointment and was able to have them done in time for the wedding. Ida and Keri are so sweet and welcoming. My nails always turn out beautiful. It wasn’t long before I started visiting for other services beyond a manicure. Every time I visit, I feel welcome. We always have a good conversation. It’s a comfortable relaxing place to be. It feels like you are visiting family. I highly recommend.

I tried Onyx to pamper myself and get ready for a tropical trip. I am so glad that I did! Keri did a fantastic job on my mani-pedi. This was the first time a pedicure wasn't torture on my feet. Keri also made great recommendations on color and my feet and hands look spectacular!
