They hire people who are their own independent cleaners. They have a manager that comes in and checks up on them though, which is great. Every so often the head guy comes in and checks to see how clean the cleaners have left it, to make sure they are on target. This shows me that they care about their clients and wants to make sure their cleaning agents are doing their job. You also keep a notebook to write messages for the cleaning crew (since they come after hours) and that's a huge help.
I've never been happy with companies we have had contracted to clean until we got Anago a few years ago. Sure there's still occasional problems but I've been impressed with the response and willingness in getting problems taken care of that I didn't with other companies.
We have received great service from Anago. Our assigned cleaner shows up and completes the tasks efficiently and thoroughly. The office staff is easy to communicate with and helpful.
