Having sewer issues is never a pleasant experience. But when you’re dealing with a company that has such great customer representatives - like technician Chris - it softens the blow just a bit. His professionalism and knowledge was front and center. That also reflects well on upper management - where it all begins.
Someone once remarked “Let the work I’ve done speak for me.” And that is why I again called TLC, but for a different issue. Older homes especially, like ‘mature’ adults, eventually need repairs to continue functioning properly. Returning home (on a Sunday) and finding a leaky toilet, I quickly called TLC. Within 10 minutes I received a return call and an appointment was made. Connor arrived precisely when scheduled, very skilled and very professional. I only have positive things to say about TLC’s service which is second to none. Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources, but that you also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations.
