Customers have been dealing with a cracked skylight for many many years and were reluctant to replace it because they were afraid that all the interior plaster would break off when removing it. Bill assured them that he would be very careful when he took off the old skylight and that there would be no damage, and he was right. They now have a beautiful new insulated Velux skylight. He does excellent work, with very fair prices, and he's a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. They highly recommend his company. They had the team come and replace two flat roofs on their properties and some repair another one last year. They came out this week to address a few things from last year's job, but nothing major. Responsive, communicative, and good quality. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
