I purchased the wash and blow dry and wash and I was too shy to ask what she used because my hair was, uh, not cute, and it didn't hurt once. Not a single tug or yank. And the braids? Omg, I can't stop gushing about them. She had the perfect tension. Tight and smooth, but no headaches or pain. I haven't enjoyed my hair this much in awhile. No waiting, no line, and quick service.
