Put a deposit down on a house in Jan 2023 deal didn't go threw and it's almost June 2023 and still never got my deposit back always calling and emailing nothing they stole my money and won't give it back do not buy a house from these people they are scam artists they give fake numbers this company should loose there licenses. Please don't buy from them when looking to buy or sell a house

Bobbi-jo Kent from ERA Allegany N.Y. is one of the best realitors I've worked with in the past year, of looking to buy my first property. She informed me of things I never knew could be done, when submitting an offer. None of the other realitors I've dealt with in the past year. Were as helpfull, imformative, or went above and beyond, like she did. I'd give 20 stars if I could. The process has went so smooth, it's almost unbelievable. She will always be my realitor of choice, and I will recomend to anyone that is looking for an agent when buying or selling a property.

I was very upset when I was interested in a property and no one would contact me. I called the office and told them I was interested in a property and I tried to talk to the person showing the house but she never got back to me. I was finally given the things I needed to look into the house. Mainly the disclosure. After reading the disclosure, I had questions and contacted the ower directly. I told the ower I tried to contact the person that represents the house, but she wouldn't contact me.
