I cannot speak on behalf of anyone else here but Tracey Y. She completely dropped the ball on all my paperwork when I hired an employee. She told me things were complete, and were not. Was a huge headache for a few months, until I found someone who actually knew what they were doing and registered everything with the state correctly. Cost me a lot out of pocket for these mistakes.
