We are very fortunate we had Jackson come out to our home for an emergency heating problem. He was very polite, understanding, honest, and knowledgeable to the issue. Thank you Jackson!

Called for a plumber to come out and look at my side of the water meter due to a minor leak. The tech arrived on site, spent more time walking back and forth to his truck then in my house. He left to "try and find parts from a supply house" however was back in 45 minutes claiming he went to two supply houses. In reality, going to the closest supply house and back would take longer then 45 minute, but he still claims he went to two. After all of this, arrives back at my house, spends more time out at his truck then in my house again, only to grease the original o-rings and put it back together. So the tech didn't have any o-rings that would work, didn't have a check valve to replace what was there, and didn't have a way to update the existing plumbing to correct The issue. It cost me almost $170.00 to have this plumber grease 2 o-rings. Needless to say, you got me this time, but it won't happen again. The only reason this review is getting two stars instead of one is because their HVAC Tech that was also at my house recently was great. Very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

A retired, widowed friend, who has her mother living with her, had Gehringer come out to look at her no heat gas furnace. She was told the the furnace had two problems, "the blower motor was seized" and "the board wasn't distributing power". She called me for an opinion as I do many general repairs. I found the furnace had a bad ignitor. Part cost? $30.00
