Very professional team and in all my dealings with them I have felt that they were trustworthy and very reasonable. A competitor came in at well over 25% of their fee. The work was done very efficiently and it turned out looking way better than I had expected. I had moved into a home where the individual who had installed the stove clearly had no idea what he was doing and now I can relax and finally enjoy my stove! I highly recommend these folks!!
We needed to have some work done on a chimney that vents our water heater as part of selling a house, and the buyer selected Absolute to perform the repairs. Jim and his team were able to fit the project in within the closing deadline and communicated well throughout the process. The repairs look good to the untrained eye. Pricing seemed reasonable for the work performed. Would be comfortable reaching out again for any future needs. Thanks!
Absolute Chimney was the only contractor willing to tackle the smoking issues in our 70 year old fireplace. I sent Jim our inspection and he sent me an estimate the next date that was accurate and fair. The scope of work was removing the old clay tiles in our liner, installing a new liner, damper, and smoke chamber parging. His guys were out the next week and did an amazing job over the course of 3 days. They were courteous and never complained about the back breaking job of manually breaking out a seized cast iron damper and creosote covered clay tiles while laying in the fireplace.
