We had a plumbing issue where the cartridge for a Moen shower faucet was broken in the pipe. Dan from Len the Plumber came and worked diligently to get the broken cartridge out without damaging the pipe. Because of his persistence, the cartridge was able to be removed and replaced without having to create an access panel in the drywall and replace the pipes saving us over $800. He was great and I would highly recommend him!
Steven Marshall is the HVAC g.o.a.t. He came over promptly, listened to all of our concerns, and staid for hours of troubleshooting and diagnostics. The problem was solved and we were left feeling assured. With 35 years of experience, he taught us a ton about our system, our home, and how good business is done. This was my first experience with Len the Plumber. Setting up the appointment was easy and quick. They sent over Master Plumber John Blythe. He was polite and professional. I explained my issue and he provided me with an estimate for the work I requested. He didn't try to upsell me on additional services. He kept to his estimate and finished up in less than an hour. I fully recommend John and Len the Plumber. I will certainly keep their number for any future needs.
