The tax preparer was great but you shouldn’t advertise same day advances on taxes. Was told when I called 24 to 48 hours. When I got there was told at least a week. Now I look on your website and it says up to 8 weeks. Totally deceiving advertising on Jackson Hewitt’s part. Plus to top it off your prices for a simple return was insane. You couldn’t get any more simple than what I filed.
