Unisys was sent out by DELL to do a repair for a client. One of their warranty repair tech's Kyron Alexander was supposed to reach the office number or even call us but instead he contacted the client CEO via his FACEBOOK personal page. Not sure what was going through his mind, but this behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional. We work with DELL and clients throughout Florida and do not want to see him sent out to another client EVER.For some reason in his Facebook message he also mentioned another client , which is another one of our customers that didn't have to be mentioned. Well, I wanted to try that company to work with them but I see that there are a lot of bad recommendations, that is, the company is bad and I don't work with a company like that.../point and aside.../
