If you are a Property Owner looking for a pretty decent PROPERTY MANAGER BEWARE!!!! This "team" of Property Managers probably falls into the category of the WORST property management on the East Coast. Let's see: "Misplace" security deposits - Check! Take 2 months or LONGER to handle maintenance issues- Check! "Forget" to obtain keys by the landlord, for months, for property in which they manage - Check! Apply fraudulent charges onto tenant accounts - Check! Non-disclosure of MAJOR property issues - Check! Agree to something one day and the next day, change the agreement - Check! Check!
