“Keith helped me figure out what was going on with my laptop, I had been seeing a pop up that was telling me there was a problem with the battery. It turns out that no, there was no problem, and there was no charge for figuring that out! This was after I had been to Micro Center, where there was a really long line, harried looking tech guys, and turns out you had to pre-register online to take your computer/laptop there for repair. I went out to the parking lot and googled "Main Line Computer Repair", and saw they were in Gulph Mills, very close to me! I went right over there, no lines!
