I had been a patient at this practice for almost 20 years. Since the original doctors have all left, the care has been terrible. When my PCP left, I was told that I was now considered a new patient (despite having been a patient for 20 years there). Because I was a "new patient" I would not be able to be seen for 3 or more months because the current doctors didn't have any new patient openings. When I have been able to be seen, I have been misdiagnosed (twice) and given inappropriate medications. Been coming here for years. Came in to leave a urine specimen and they made me take a seat and fill out forms. Then I sat for 1/2 hr. Seriously, it was terrible. Many of their drs have left or are leaving since Jefferson took over.

Three of the five doctors are leaving soon. Who knows who will replace them. I am following my primary to her new practice. I am unacquainted with the two doctors who are staying. In the last few years, Jefferson has lost my urologist, vascular surgeon, and neurologist. Jefferson can't seem to hold onto former Einstein doctors.
