Our Volunteer Fire Department contacted ServPro Columbia, Montour & Sullivan Counties to have some sets of turnout gear clear. They scheduled a pickup date and time within 2 days and picked the gear up at our station and delivered it back to us in 5 business days. The gear was very clean and reassembled and ready for use. We will definitely be utilizing them to clean gear in the future and will recommend them to the other departments in and around Columbia County.
When our basment flooded this Servpro team was highly responsive and able to help with any questions. They were at my residence within two hours and quickly deployed their experienced workers to help in the clean up and demo of saturated areas. I would highly recommend this branch without any hesitation.
I cannot give enough praises for ServPro-- from technicians & office staff to on-call responders-- superior service, friendly yet professional. People answer phones and show up at the times given. Two ServPro teams rescued parts of my home and gave me peace of mind when water damage occurred. They came the same day I called!
