My husband and I had a small leak in our basement and we contacted Positive Air. They were extremely easy to work with and prompt in setting up our appointment. Matthew came to conduct the repairs and was super friendly and thorough in his work. If we ever need any other repairs, we will request for Matthew through Positive Air! Highly recommend!
Matt and Tyler were very nice and punctual. Matt knows what he’s doing and did a great job. Identified the problem within minutes, ordered the part and was back when he said he would be to fix it. I have heat again and couldn’t be happier with their service!
called on a Sunday they where here next day. called before coming. was quick to find the problem and had it fixed fast. very nice friendly guy (Matthew). will be using this company for all our needs.
