Short version: Had to cancel due to start date getting continually pushed back, and now cannot get my deposit back.

Long version: I had Drew come out at the end of September 2023 to assess water damage in my house from water leaking in from outside, likely from combination of improperly installed siding and gutter. We came to an agreement on scope of project and cost, and I gave him a deposit in early October with expectation of work starting by end of the month. He kept pushing the start date back, until the very end of December when I decided to go with someone else who was able to start in January. Handy Services, Inc. recently remodeled an addition to the office I work at. The building is old and needed some TLC. Handy Services, Inc. was not only reasonably priced but Drew and his team worked quickly and efficiently. There were a few add-on's we threw at Drew yet everyone worked hard to get the job done in our original timeline. We are very pleased with the work that Handy Services, Inc. provided and very much look forward to using our new office space!

We were very pleased with the work that was done - painting the porch steps and cleaning the rain gutters. We were also pleased with the personal attention we received. We certainly would recommend them and hire them again in the future.
