I’ve been coming here for six months now and the jiujitsu classes have been a game changer for my fight training. I have the honor of rolling with incredible athletes at all skill levels.The classes are very welcoming to newcomers… I knew nothing about jiujitsu when I walked in the door, but after my first class, I was totally hooked.Joel and the other instructors are very patient and take the time to get to know your goals (fitness, hobby, or competition?) to help you maximize your strengths and overcome your weaknesses.
Bloom MMA is a fantastic program! The guidance and training my son has received over the last 2 1/2 years has helped him become a strong fighter mentally and physically. One of the primary reasons that we considered training here in the first place is the variety of styles that are taught.I appreciate their emphasis on proper technique, character development and discipline.
I attended Bloomsburg MMA from 2013 to 2016 before I enlisted and moved away from the area. I have never met a group of individuals who made me feel so welcome. They are very good with beginners who have no background in martial arts. Everyone at this gym oozes passion, and have been working hard to gift this area with a premier MMA gym. Whether it’s grappling, kickboxing, wrestling they excel in every area. Also, exceptionally kid friendly. If I did not move away from the area I would still be attending this gym.
