“I never know what to expect when I enter this salon. I've come here several times over the years. Sometimes there's a long wait. Sometimes there isn't(and even if you call ahead, sometimes you still have to wait to be seen). There's been times where I've gone home, looked at my kids' hair and said,'I paid for this?!' as I saw bunches of hair that had been missed. Them there have been times all 3 of us have walked outta there feeling GQ, lol. Sometimes you get a stylist who is crabby and you can tell that they don't want to be there. And sometimes you get a pleasant, talkative one. To me, it feels like a gamble each time we go there, lol. BUT, this time we called ahead and only had to wait like 10 min, each of us had pleasant stylists who seemed to know what they were doing. And all three of us walked out of there satisfied. (We each got a wash and cut).“
