“I showed up to Alpha Hair Studio in tears after a terrible accident, I mean “hair cut”, at a different salon on Sunday. I noticed right away that the salon was beautiful and very clean. I really loved the atmosphere there. Although they had just closed, Jessie took me to her chair anyway and turned my awful hair into something beautiful. She was very compassionate and patient with me. She asked questions and listened to what I wanted and explained very clearly what she was going to do before she started cutting.
