Sean was very professional. I explained our situation with clogged drain and that we were consulting him for a second opinion. He suggested to check sewer line with camera. He showed me the screen and explained what we were looking at every step of the way foot by foot. I will recommend Sean’s expertise to anyone with plumbing issues.
Sean’s a good man. Honest and knowledgeable, patient and informative. He explained everything to me in fine detail. Which was a nice comfort to understand.
Brittney answered the telephone when I called and she is a genuinely nice person also. You very very rarely hear someone on a business phone who seems like you’ve known them for 20 years but that’s her.
