We've been using Arctic Desert for service for several years, and I've always found Mark and John to be on top of things. When it came time to retire our 26 year-old oil furnace and replace our AC unit, we had several companies quote the job, and Arctic Desert offered us better units for less cost than their competitors. They had our old units out and new units installed in a single day, and took care to make sure we had everything we needed for our extended warranty and PECO rebates.
