I was so impressed how compassionately the staff and Dr Aiello treated us and our family cat during her illness and passing. They made us feel comfortable and unrushed during a difficult time. Their facility is clean and modern with a private family room which is tasteful and warm. Everyone there was kindhearted and humane. Thank you for your professionalism and grace.

I have taken my cats here for many years and always had a great experience. Even when the news wasn't good the staff was kind and empathetic. This past year has been a scary year for my cats and the vets have walked me through each condition, kindly answered questions and helped me understand treatment. However, my cat Pietro offers a vocal zero stars. He did not enjoy his experience, does not like shots, blood work or urine samples and says the treats are not fooling him.

We received a letter from the woman who took our call from my prior review. She stated that she felt they couldn't help our pet because she hadn't been there ( even though we were patients through our dogs) because they didn't know her. She never mentioned this during our exchange and only kept reiterating that she would be considered a new patient and they couldn't see her as they were scheduling 3-4 months out. This is odd to me as (1) she didn't recommend another vet, (2) another vet certainly wouldn't know our now deceased pet, (3) they knew US. She also stated her years with the practice when in my opinion, I thought she was new as her unprofessional behavior was apparent. We sent letters to the owners (at least who we believe to be) and if this is the response, I am inclined to think their clients are not important enough to elicit a personal response. We have since changed to a practice that tried to assist when they didn't know us or our beloved pet. I am not trying to be vindictive, I just hope to help others who find themselves in a dire situation. In memory of our sweet angel. Again 2 stars hoping Yelp doesn't hide it.
