“Our three Boxers each receive their annual shots at VIP Petcare at Southmont. And, on the rare occasion when we have a medical emergency on a weekend, VIP Petcare is available on Saturdays from Noon to 5, too. It's nice to know that a quick check for a cough, a limp, or a sting be checked out quickly!“

“Took my cat here for the first time last week and will be continuing to use this vet! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived there was an active husky in the waiting room that wanted to be friends with myself and my cat, but she was terrified and was crying and hissing at the advances of the dog. The staff kindly offered to place my cat behind their desk / in an open room while we waited our turn so that she would be calm and comfortable. I am extremely grateful for the care they offered us on our first vet visit! They gave her a full check up and updated her shots, as well as quickly getting back to me with estimates and appointments for my cat's required followup care for her dental surgery.“

“Dr. Abby and Dr. Freeby have been fantastic in caring for our dog who is going through stage 5 lymphoma treatments. From fitting him in for emergency surgery at the last minute, to running labwork after hours, coordinating an emergency visit with an oncologist out of town, and much more, they have shown us incredible support and care that you won't find at many other vets. Dr. Freeby has had a few really difficult conversations regarding tough decisions with us and handled them with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. When we were heartbroken and being given updates, you could tell how much they both cared every step of the way. When you go through really tough times with your pet, it makes all the difference to have the support and care from a skilled staff who knows what is best. This is a veterinary hospital that has your pet's best interests in mind at all times and we appreciate all they have done for us! 5 star service for sure.“

“Dr Zajac and his staff are simply the best! My wife and I are both in our late 70s, we just adopted a 6 year old German Shepherd for security reasons. Dr Ted's practice is really the greatest in the fact that your dog does not meet other animals in the waiting room. Gus unfortunately does not like other dogs and human strangers, he will bark and act very aggressively when approached buy them. We currently are taking him to dog obedience school. Dr Ted recommended some things that could possibly help Gus become a more behaved dog! Dr Ted is also treating him for a GI problem. His prices are reasonable and fair and it's very easy to get an appointment! The office is very clean and neat, and most of all the staff is very kind and considerate when you call for an appointment.

“I moved to Coopersburg a couple of years ago and was in search of a new Vet to care for my dog Chase. Creekview has been great, and Chase seems too happy to visit. We have had booster shots and flea and tic meds. Very happy with the staff.“

“Our dachshund Kelsa had a herniated disk at the age of 8,she needed surgery ASAP,as soon as we found out,we called Cummins veterinary hospital and scheduled an appointment,sure enough,she needed surgery and the doctors went to work right away,this is not her 1st time here,she was here 5 years ago with paralyzed back legs due to a back injury,they fixed her then and again this time,both times with a full recovery in 6-8 weeks.“

“Beware of being overcharged for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told they have an appointment open the next day and they could fit me in. When I got the bill, I was charged for an emergency appointment of $100 instead of $65 for a regular appointment. They would not change it because the appointment was given to me within 24 hours. I did not ask for an emergency appointment or to be seen in 24 hours. I just asked for an appointment.

To follow up: A technician called to ask about my dog and I told her about the overcharge situation. She took the time and effort to address the overcharge, which will be credited to my account. I’m very happy that she made that effort to help me out with this after I spent hundreds of dollars for the vet appointment.“

“I can't recommend her enough! She's taken care of 4 of our pets for a long time with compassion and she gives us a senior discount. She helped us with end-of-life for our 16 1/2-year-old dog with chronic health problems and out 14 1/2-year-old cat with renal failure, which she taught us to treat at home, extending his life another two years with "kitty kidney dialysis." She comforted us in our grief despite her busy office. Since then, she's been taking care of our younger dog and cat that we got after or beloved old friends died. She has always listened and taken good care of our pets.“
