They are horrible to work for. Inconsiderate of health matters. Lack communication and would try to break the law if you didn't know any better. Can not hold a final pay check and they will try.

I had one of the people from service master named George come out to my house. He was explaining the difference in the cleanings and how one was gonna possibly shrink the material so I asked for the other cleaning which did nothing to the couch. I then call to make a complaint and ask for a refund and the receptionist who said she was a manager was giving me attitude about not giving me my money back so then she said she could send out the same person again.
