Jim is amazing and he really does pride himself on his customer service which is truly second to none! No matter what your issue don't hesitate to give him a call, he will gladly talk to you over the phone and help you figure out your options. Great turnaround time, so knowledgeable, and actually helps you understand what is going on with your computer every step of the way. Jim did a great job diagnosing and repairing our computer. We dropped the computer off and he worked on it right away keeping us informed about what he was doing every step of the way. He didn’t do any work without our ok. I would definitely recommend Jim and will call on him again as needed in the future.
