Its been 10 years as their customer and I now call Phil and Tom before I do anything in this quirky, cranky house. The recently saved us from a major home service scam and saved us over $12,000 in unnecessary repairs. Our oil burner died during sub zero temps and the Home Service company with the big orange vans told us they could do a new system for $21,000. If we signed up that day it would be $16,000. I called Malozi and he just laughed. Was here the next day to assess the area and the next day they swapped it out cleanly and perfectly priced. I have a new burner, a warm house and hot water.
