Andy is fantastic - an experienced, patient professional that I would recommend in a heartbeat. He pierced my nose (and changes out my nose ring, since I’m too nervous to do it myself!) and recently pierced my helix on a same-day whim. He has such a calming presence about him and is a master at distracting his clients during piercings. The facility itself is very clean with many talented artists. Went in for a piercing and Andy was absolutely amazing! He instantly made me feel comfortable. He answered any questions I had beforehand. He told me what he was doing step by step and overall was amazing! He talked to me during to also keep me distracted. I was also allowed a friend to come in with me which was amazing since some other shops do not allow that. It was my first time ever coming here and the second I walked in I felt so welcomed here. The overall environment was great! They were all so nice and I will definitely be back when I want another piercing!
Obsidian was recommended to me by the technician that is lasering off part of a tattoo. I wanted my cartilage punched out (that creates a large permanent hole). No one in my area does that. Andy is amazing!!! In the short amount of time I’ve been going I’ve gotten a lot of piercings. He is very professional and kind. His work is impeccable. If you think it, he can do it!Today I met Dan for the first time and he pierced me because Andy is away. He is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely take a trip to the Emmaus shop when I’m ready for more body modification. Andy and Dan will be the only people to pierce me now. They blow me away with their talent. I haven’t gotten tattooed there (yet) but all of the artists I’ve interacted with are awesome. Go to Obsidian!! You won’t regret it!!
