I go here about once a.month to do what I can't at home. The lady that comes to clean the place was complaining the hole time about customers and where they put thing, ex, the yellow stairs people stand on so you can see the liquid go in the washer.
I've been using this facility for about 4yrs now. No problems. I feel safe with the workers here. I use the same machines. Not today. I waited for 1 of the 4 machines to get emptied by reading the news. Nope. I decided to try another machine. Got $5 in quarters & nothing when I press start. I ask the attendant for assistance. RUDE. She proceeds to read the signs to me & chastises me for not removing the other people's wash. I'm not removing someone's wash...I don't have a death wish. I'm just an old lady who wants to do my wash. Ok, I was wrong in assuming that the machine worked the same and didn't read the directions. No reason... read full review
I love how clean this laundromat is. I’ve used laundromat’s off Union, and Emmaus and my clothes NEVER smell clean no matter what I do. Here they smell sooooo good and the price is comparable. I will definitely continue to come out my way to use THIS facility. Thank you for keeping this place clean!!
