I cannot say enough nice things about Louis James and his funeral home. I am posting this before we even have the services because I am so impressed. I just lost my brother unexpectedly. Of course, I am going to support and help my sister in law and niece with this whole process.
From the first call, Louis was kind, empathic, caring and sincere. His funeral home is beautiful and immaculate. The whole process of selecting my brother's services was made immensely easier by Louis. He had lots of choices and was so obliging with everything. He went way above and beyond to help us out and make the process so much more painless.
