“The woman who booked the appointment was efficient and able to accommodate me rather quickly. The two gentlemen who came out were very friendly and professional. I really appreciated that they were at my house on the earlier side of the estimated time frame given and really liked that they gave me a call about a half hour before arriving. The carpet looked amazing afterward. I knew my carpet was in need of a good clean between my 4 kids and 2 dogs, one being a puppy and having frequent accidents in the potty training phase. The carpet looked and smelled amazing after they were finished. I'm highly satisfied by their work and will be using them again in the future.“
