Yah they can come over hook it all up and you'll never see them again. Shoddy work, wrong ducting layout, completely inefficient and I am being told my 1.5 year old unit needs total overhaul. Plus nothing but problems with all the units these guys installed. I wont be calling them ever again, not to mention i have been trying for 6 months to get him to come back to fix the non working brand new mini split on my wall.

Mr Ha came and installed (2) 7k units in my mothers home . She had a problem with one unit very soon after , he misdiagnosed it and then cut all communication with my parents. He’s disappeared. Leaving us without a warranty , because he never registered our units we have a minimal warranty and now have to pay 2500$ to repair something that should’ve been covered . What a unprofessional, low life . Thanks for nothing. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

They provided good quality Goodman equipment as specified at a very reasonable price. Completed the installation in less than two days and did a quality job. Very respectful, no nonsense, honest, trustworthy. well equipped and did everything I asked and expected. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
