I contacted JEB this AM and requested service to repair a broken bolt on the bottom of a toilet. Mr. Brubaker set up an appointment the same day with his employee Brent. Brent was prompt and courteous. He answered all questions that I asked and even went as far as explaining what he had to do to fix my toilet.
