Brian richly deserves my highest recommendation. He painted 3+ rooms in my Squirrel Hill home. He earns my highest praise in (in no particular order (1) response and communication, (2) energy and strong work ethic, (3) expertise and highest quality work, and (4) a genial, cheerful attitude. I messaged Brian on Wednesday afternoon based upon Yelp reviews. He phoned within minutes, and was at my home the following day to provide an estimate. He began his work the next morning, and continued from morning to afternoon for three days, including the weekend. He communicated with me each morning regarding his expected arrival time, then worked energetically throughout the day into the afternoon. His work is first rate. He set up, worked non-stop all day, then cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. The job included repairs to the ceiling and walls in eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with office nook, and bathroom. I'm very pleased with the results. Brian is very professional and his work is high quality. I will definitely seek to hire him for future projects.

I researched companies for gutter clog cleaning and found Wagner Home services. They had good reviews online. I am very impressed with the quick response. I had my gutters cleaned the next day from calling. Brian responded with in the hour when I reached out to him. I would highly recommend this company. I will use them in the future for sure. Professional, quick, and reasonable prices.

Brian was great all around. He was responsive to the initial inquiry, quoted a fair price and did excellent work. Brian removed wallpaper from 6 rooms, made repairs, primed and painted walls/ceilings. I was most impressed with his work ethic and quality of work.
