It was such a joy to work with someone who knows what they are doing and who doesn’t cut corners. He was brought in to fix a heated floor that another electrician botched. He has all the specialized equipment to see the thermal imaging of the wiring under the tile and testing of the cable to confirm it was not compromised. He quickly repaired the end, performed the testing and we were good to go! After fixing a few other items he was on his way. Thank you so much Bryan!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Spec! We are new to town, and our old house is new to us. Our neighbor recommended Spec to help us with a couple projects, and we've had a fantastic experience. They are responsive, polite, and efficient. They are great communicators, and we always know what to expect. They are prompt and polite in our home, they are thorough in explaining the work, and to top it off, their rates are more than fair. We've been dealing with a slew of contractors to coordinate basement work, and Spec has been by far the most pleasant one to work with -- great customer service really takes the stress off home repairs. Chad from Spec did an excellent job finding an electrical break in my two upstairs bedrooms caused by an overload to the circuit from a hair dryer. He laboriously worked his way inspecting every socket and the breaker panel. As a last resort, he checked the wiring in each room’s hanging light fixtures because older houses, like ours, are often wired such that each room socket is routed back up to the light fixture. (Crazy, but true.). Sure enough. The light fixture in the second room, the last place Chad would look before crawling through our attic for more answers was the culprit.
