I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time. My daughter's uniform smelled so bad and Model cleaners did such a great job, not only making the smell go away but had it back to us in a few days.Service: Special care fabric cleaning
