they phoned me. In half an hour time, two real nice guys came in and replaced my thermostat in approximately half an hour or a bit longer. Also, back in January I used Mark Allen for a leak I had in my garage...my toilet needed replaced. Every person from this company that came to my home was very nice and respectful. And knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.
The plumber that came to my house was so friendly and when he was done I could not even tell he was here. I called and with in 45 minutes he at my home and he had everything fixed and done in 40 minutes. Would highly recommend.
The guys showed up quick to handle my emergency and took care of my issues without any issues. They even fixed my hose bib as a courtesy which they didn't have to do. Very reasonable pricing too, beat out my other estimates and did great work too. Very happy I chose these guys!
