Not only was she Patient and kind she was so informative.. She took the time to explain the damage and also made sure I got products to revive the damage. “My mom and I got our eyebrows done together as a birthday present for me. Angela is awesome. She is really easy to be around and super professional. I will admit when my brows were finished I did not like them. They were so sharp looking. I felt like if i didnt have a full face of makeup on they would look too "done".I had powder fill tattoo eyebrows done. I was certain I hated them. She insisted they would soften within 10 days, and they did!!! They look great, im going back to get a touch up which i am pumped for. I no longer have to fill them in making my makeup day to day routine so quick! Highly recommend“

“Let me start off by saying that I have a cosmetology mom with 40+ years of experience and I have been exposed to so many salons in the area, so I know a good salon when I see one. The Lab has truly blown me away. From the consultation process alone that I had on the phone I was given a pricing quote. Never in my life have I ever been given such transparency with pricing at a salon before even stepping foot in it. The quote I received was almost exactly what I paid when I was finished with my hair. This rarely ever happens to me. The consultation was also thorough as they asked for my hair history and truly cared to keep my hair healthy. Lindsay is incredible. I have been to so many hair stylists, none of them have ever taken the time to massage my head, ever. As a matter of fact, most of the stylists i’ve been to pawn me off for an assistant to wash my hair. That is not the case here, if you book with a stylist they are your stylist the entire time which is rare to find. I also would spend hours at other places and dread going because how packed the salons were and I would get anxious, this is not the case at The Lab. The music is good it’s not very loud, it’s a very relaxing space I love the plants and black and white aesthetic they have going on. Lindsay made my entire appointment a very luxurious experience that I fell asleep while she washed my hair and massaged my head and neck. I have also never been happy with blow outs I was given in the past, Lindsay gave me one of the best blow outs I have ever had, blew me away (literally). I would 110% recommend this salon, it is peaceful, professional, and luxurious. I cannot wait to come back for my next appointment!“
