Patient experience has gone down-hill I have been a patient for many years and have always had a good patient experience. Recently the patient experience has really gone down-hill so much so that I finally decided to leave. Their front desk staff is not friendly or helpful at all and mostly seem annoyed every time I call and want to schedule an appt or need something. It took a while to get a phone call back about test results and when they called they seemed confused as to what patient I was and told me to keep taking my antibiotic (which they never prescribed). I also found it to be hard to get a doctor appt when I needed it. When I did get an appt and see the doctor he was not friendly at all and didn't seem concerned with trying to figure out what was causing my issues. If you are considering this practice, DON'T go here, it is not worth your time. They are disorganized, seem in over their heads with too many patients and therefore don't seem to care anymore.

If zero was an option I would choose this. My original doctor pushed me off to another then I saw a nurse practitioner that's all ok, THEN I finally landed with a doctor I respected and who treated me like a human. She quit- now I've been nothing but telemed appointments because no appointments are ever available and I called because I've been puking nonstop and they won't see me and In fact shamed me for even calling them expecting help instead of going to an urgent care or OB since I might be pregnant and they won't touch me if I am especially if I don't plan on keeping the child. It's filled with shame and judgement and it's despicable how they treat patients there.

This rating is for the fatigati/nalin and associates office on west liberty avenue in mt lebanon pa. Rate my doctor as a 2. Overall the office staff would get a 1. The staff is very rude most of the time and when you call the office you get hung up on, or just no answer. No easy way to get refills or ask questions. Never dealt with a doctors office quite like it. I would tell anyone to reconsider going there unless u are desperate.
