Ted responded to my request for service promptly, and professionally. He was polite, informative, and very helpful. This was a kitchen faucet replacement due to the manufacturer recalling the original faucet due to quality issues. Even though there was a glitch in the supply chain, Ted was able to work around it and install a better faucet than the original.Service: Faucet installation
