Not only were his prices fair, but he was the only one willing to come in and regrade the top soil and lay hay down before seed so I could have the property presentable for showings. Zizzlo responded, I spoke with them and had it set up for the next day, all within an hour. They cost a little more than I was initially going to pay but it wasn't an easy job in horrible heat so what we paid was more than reasonable. They did an amazing job, we're so pleased they cleaned everything up, so no more nasty ivy.
