We had a very hard decision to make yesterday, but you guys were absolutely amazing and made sure we were OK every step of the way and didn’t do anything until we were ready and sure exactly what we wanted to do. It was amazing service from the second we walked in the door with our dog up until our very last goodbyes to our fur baby. It was a very sad and hard day, but you guys really helped us through it and made sure that everything got done the way we wanted it done.
